How long can packs be stored ready-to-deploy?

12 months at 50% SoC, room temperature. Capacity retention validated and documented. We recommend a quarterly charge check cycle for long-term readiness programs.

Will they start cold in a January SAR deployment?

Yes — tested to –15°C with no pre-heating. Full rated capacity and power available immediately. For extreme arctic deployments below –20°C, contact us for the pre-heat circuit option.

Can we air-freight these to a remote incident zone?

Every pack ships in IATA Section II certified packaging. They can be included in any cargo or charter flight without special permits, up to Section II quantity limits.

Do you have a standing stock program for public safety agencies?

Yes — we reserve allocated inventory for public safety customers with priority 24-hour dispatch and fixed pricing regardless of market conditions.
